The present investigation was executed during the year 2020, it had as purpose to determine the influence of the web system in the process of incidences of the company RR&C Grupo Tecnológico S.A.C., the design used in the investigation was experimental of the pre-experimental type, the methodology that was applied in the study was applied and of quantitative approach. In addition, the technique used for data collection was observation and the instrument used was the field observation guide, which were validated by experts. In the case of the sample, it consisted of 20 incidents for each of the indicators. And the results achieved in the research were: for the first indicator, the average rate of incident resolution in the pretest was increased from a value of 61.48% to a value of 87.00% after the posttest, and for the second indicator, the average rate of reopened incidents in the pretest was reduced from a value of 16.80% to a value of 8.35% after the posttest. Thus, it was concluded that the computer system positively improved the process of incidents in the company RR&C Grupo Tecnológico S.A.C.
