Sourav Mukherji is Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and IIMB Chair of Excellence, Centre for Teaching and Learning. His research interest is inclusivity and social enterprises - businesses that address the needs of the poor in a financially sustainable manner. In this domain, he has published several case studies and papers in academic and practitioner oriented journals.
