The study of inclusive culture and its contribution to the attention to diversity, although it has been a permanent concern in the educational field, there is still a lack of strategies to achieve it. The present work of investigation has as potential objective the inclusive culture in the educational community of the School of Basic Education "Dr. Carlos Julio Pérez Perasso", by means of the proposal of a methodological strategy that looks for the enrichment of the inclusive culture and attention to the diversity in the institution. The theoretical foundations that support the research are presented, as well as the considerations about the importance of the enrichment of the inclusive culture in the educational community. The methodology used for the diagnosis of the research had a qualitative, exploratory, descriptive and explanatory approach, with the application of individual interviews and focus group to 24 participants among parents and teachers. The results showed that it is necessary the presence of inclusive values, a better preparation of the educational community on inclusion and attention to diversity, teacher preparation regarding planning.
