Edmond Muleya did his Bachelor of Education at the University of Zambia and a Master of Philosophy at Oslo University-Norway. He has wide experience in Teacher Education in Zambia.He is currently Head of Section-Special Education at Nkrumah University College - the first public national University College for Teacher Education in Zambia.
