The main findings from this research is that the government of Nepal is failing to make school environments especially in remote rural areas, accessible to all children with disabilities due to various obstacles prevailing with education system of Nepal. There is still work to be done to ensure inclusive education in line with CRPD for CWDs to respect their right to education.

Dev Datta Joshi è un avvocato appassionato di diritti della disabilità. In qualità di avvocato praticante in Nepal, ha partecipato a controversie strategiche presso la Corte Suprema nepalese, finalizzate all'emanazione di una giurisprudenza nazionale favorevole sui diritti dei disabili. Ha conseguito un master in diritto della disabilità presso la National University of Ireland, Galway.
