Inclusive education has been discussed in the world, thinking about an educational model and a fair society for all. This research aims to analyze the impact of public policies for Specialized Education Services and inclusive teaching practices on the learning of students with special educational needs in kindergarten and elementary school classes in the city of Cabedelo - Paraíba, in light of the laws that govern and guide inclusive education.
