Point 4 of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG4) states to "ensure equal access to quality education for all, and promote lifelong learning opportunities" (UN, 2015 on www.globalcompact-france.org). On that note, all education systems need to be more inclusive. Togo with the support of its partners including Plan-International Togo has set up an inclusive education project to facilitate access to mainstream schools for children with disabilities. The present study seeks to verify compliance with the material and pedagogical requirements of inclusive education by investigating the availability of adapted teaching materials, and the qualifications and pedagogical practices of teachers in inclusive classes within the framework of this project. The overall aim is to analyze and describe the devices and pedagogical practices of inclusive education.
