An important problem today regarding early childhood education with special needs is inclusive education. This work is based on a qualitative approach which will analyze early childhood inclusive education programs in RA An-Nahl, Jakarta, Indonesia. Research result; describe the practical application of inclusive programs in RA An-Nahl, analyzing the management of inclusive programs in RA An-Nahl, and the implementation of the inclusive learning process for early childhood.
