Adrian Tagg MRICS is an Associate Professor at the University of Reading, UK. He has over 20 years of experience as a practitioner and is currently the lead for Building Surveying at the University. Adrian was awarded the title of Associate Professor in 2019 and lectures on Building Pathology, Commercial Surveying Practices as well as Inclusive Environments. His research interests concern accessibility in the built environment and was the joint winner of the 2019 UCEM Harold Samuel Research Prize, publishing Public and Commercial Attitudes to Disability in the Built Environment in October 2020. He retains a practice presence with a wide range of surveying experience in multidisciplinary environments in the delivery of Technical Due Diligence to International investors making acquisitions in Europe as well as a number of UK clients and projects. Adrian is the designated author for Due Diligence on the RICS isurv subscription website, the sole author of the book Technical Due Diligence and Building Surveying for Commercial Property, Routledge.
