This book investigates the mediating role of Leader Member Exchange (LMX) in the effect of inclusive leadership behavior on psychological empowerment and innovative work behavior. It also describes the effects of leaders' inclusive attitudes and behaviors on employees with today's modern leadership concepts such as empowerment and innovation and thus to make some managerial implications and suggestions to the leaders and employees in order to increase the job performance and job satisfaction of the employees.
