This project was elaborated as a result of the educational improvement proposal based on the Competency Approach, in the subject of Quechua II in the career of Applied Linguistics for Language Teaching. Also, the strategies. Therefore, the contents of learning theories are developed to reach the objective. In addition, the work carried out from a competency-based approach for the development of communicative skills in the language. The process of the construction of the global plan was carried out following the proposed methodologies, which allows the teacher to follow the theory and methodologically in the teaching of the Quechua language by competences, so also, the students achieve an integral learning. Likewise, the professionals can have cognitive skills and communicative competence. Finally, this pedagogical project by competences, we suggest to continue with the elaboration of educational proposals oriented with the Competence Approach for the teaching and learning of the native Quechua language of Bolivia. Also strengthen the development of communicative interaction in contexts, in the Quechua language.
