Mr. Mubarak Eisa Abdelrahman Tibin was born on 9th Jan.1964 in Khartoum,Sudan. He achieved Bsc.(Zoology) & M.SC.(Aquaculture) from India. He worked as Head Department of Fisheries for Upper Nile University (2003-2007). Awarded Ph.D. in aquaculture from Universiti Malaysia Terengganu,Malaysia. Now he is assistant Prof. at University of Bahri.
