This work aims to identify the uses and possibilities of using the interactive digital whiteboard for the production of knowledge in the Escola Municipal Professor Florentino Menezes/SE, in order to offer students a consistent teaching with the demands of the contemporary social context. Specifically, it was sought to investigate which technologies are used to address the different subjects in the training of students of the researched educational institution, investigating about the skills and abilities of teachers in the use of the resources of the interactive digital whiteboard in their teaching practice, in order to know the perceptions of students and teachers about the contribution of the interactive digital whiteboard for the acquisition of knowledge in a more efficient and effective way.
