Tim started his fire service career in 1980 with the City of South Beloit joining the City of Beloit Fire Department in 1988. Tim worked his way through the ranks of Journeyman Firefighter to Assistant Fire Chief. Tim has a Master¿s degree majoring in Public Administration and is a graduate of FEMA's Executive Fire Officer Program
