Kshama V. Kaushik, a Chartered Accountant, is a freelance consultant. She is the co-author of Corporate Governance: Myth to Reality (2005). Kaushik Dutta, a Chartered Accountant, is a member of CII's National Council on Corporate Governance. A Visiting Professor in IIM Lucknow, he is the co-author of Corporate Governance: Myth to Reality (2005).
