Sugata Marjit is Vice Chancellor, University of Calcutta, Kolkata, India and the Reserve Bank Chair of Industrial Economics, CSSSC. Sattwik Santra teaches economics at the Centre for Training and Research in Public Finance and Policy (CTRPFP), CSSSC.
