Dr. Dilip Aher is Associate Professor, ASM Institute of Business Management & Research, Pune. He holds a PhD in Management from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, Pune. Dr. Aher has more than twenty years of experience in teaching Human Resource Management and Labour Laws. Dr. Nilesh Anute is Associate Professor, ASM Institute of Business Management & Research, Pune. He holds a PhD in Marketing Management from Savitribai Phule University, Pune.
