Anurag Aggawal was born and raised in Gurgaon, north India, where food was synonymous with family. He moved to the UK in 2010, and despite enjoying a successful career in finance, he longed for the nostalgic flavours of home. In 2023, he made it to the final of Masterchef UK, and he now works full-time as a chef and consultant.
