Herr Irfan arbeitet seit 2001 als Verwaltungsbeamter bei der Water and Sanitation Agency, Rawalpindi (Pakistan). Seine Fachkenntnisse liegen in den Bereichen Personalwesen, Verwaltung, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und allgemeines Büromanagement. Darüber hinaus verfügt er über praktische Erfahrungen mit verschiedenen Computeranwendungen, darunter Composing und Design.
