Gastrointestinal diseases: Liver Fatty, Primary Hepatitis, mostly effected on coastal regions peoples: seafood as fish et al., because of infected water. By using Indian spices for daily food items, It can be control or prevent from such infected diseases. We focused and tried to found such spices which were good effective in Antimicrobial and Anti-oxidant activity. We also trying to found exact amount to be used in daily food items to inhibit finally in future.
