Sachin Chaturvedi is the Director General at the Research and Information System for Developing Countries (RIS), New Delhi, India. His research focuses on issues related to development cooperation policies and South-South cooperation. Anthea Mulakala is Director, International Development Cooperation at The Asia Foundation where she leads the Foundation's work on Asian Approaches to Development Cooperation. She has written and published on the changing development and aid landscape, conflict dynamics in Asia, and on the Malaysian political economy.
