Tatiana Romero est colombienne, née à Facatativá le 27 avril 1976. Elle est titulaire d'une licence en linguistique et littérature de l'Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas (2003), d'un diplôme en développement humain (2008) et d'une maîtrise en neuropsychologie et éducation de l'Universidad Internacional de la Rioja.
