Conflict is necessary. We could not live without it in the world. Conflict is an inevitable part of human association. It is a painful tension set up by a clash between opposed or contradictory impulses. Conflict occurs between people in all kinds of human relationships and in all social setting. The aim of this research is, to investigate the indigenous conflict resolution mechanisms among the Maale. To conduct this research, the researcher used primary data through interview, focus group discussions(FGD's) observation and case study and secondary data such as published book, magazine and other written documents.
