Prof. Xu Qingrui, an outstanding expert of Technology Innovation Management in China, graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 1951, got master's degree of People's University of China in 1955, is a professor of Zhejiang University, a doctoral tutor, and an academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering. His research areas include Portfolio Management, Total Innovation Management, and System Dynamics. Dr. Jin Chen is an Apple Inc. Chair Professor at the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University, and he is the director of Research Center for Technological Innovation, Tsinghua University. He has focused on the research on the theory and application of technological innovation with Chinese characteristics. He is one of the core researchers of Total Innovation Management with Prof. Qingrui Xu, and the initiator of innovation paradigms such as Holistic Innovation and Meaningful Innovation. He was list one of 50 World's most influential management thinkers in 2021.
