Irene Mariane was born in Sorong, on March 8, 1971. Since January 1995, she is became a Permanent Lecturer of the Faculty of Law at Trisakti University. She was graduated from the Law Master¿s Degree in 2002 and graduated from Law Doctoral Program in 2013.
