This book is intended as a contribution to the debate and reflection on issues related to school indiscipline and conflict. It was written with the purpose of providing information framed in theoretical bases that can support adjusted interventions in the classroom and encourage teachers to reflect on their practices. Without claiming that this information is enough to solve the problems of indiscipline, but with the hope that the clues for reflection and action, as well as the concepts mobilized, may help to a more effective and satisfactory educational action.
