Thus, the action-research was interested in the problematic "how to evaluate the usefulness of professional training in order to assess the training actions". In order to provide results, interviews and surveys were carried out with the participants using Donald Kirkpatrick's four-level evaluation model. The results showed that the training, according to the evaluation indicators, had beneficial effects on the participants and the departments. In fact, the analysis of the reaction, the learning outcomes, the transfer of skills and the return on investment have enhanced its actions.
