Dr Habibullah Pathan is Director and Associate Professor at English Language Development Centre of Mehran University Pakistan. Dr Pathan achieved his Master's and PhD from University of Glasgow UK and presently is Hubert H. Humphrey Fellow at Boston University, USA. Dr Pathan has widely published in fields of language education in Pakistan.
