O Dr Abdul Ghaffar entrou na Universidade de Agricultura, Faisalabad, Paquistão, em 2004, como professor. Entrou para a Universidade do Colégio Governamental, Faisalabad, em 2011. Tem onze anos de experiência de ensino e investigação em diferentes organizações e publicou o seu trabalho em revistas internacionais. Obteve o seu doutoramento na Universidade de Quaid- 1-Azam, Islamabad.
