Obteve o grau de Mestre em MBA na Universidade Técnica de U.P., Lucknow, e qualificou-se no Teste Nacional de Elegibilidade (UGC-NET). O Dr. Aftab Alam está atualmente associado à Universidade Integral como Diretor da Faculdade de Gestão e Investigação.
