El Dr. MESSAOUDI Omar es doctor en microbiología por la Universidad de Tlemcen. Actualmente es profesor-investigador en la Universidad de Laghouat y miembro del laboratorio de investigación "LAMAABE" de Tlemcen. También es investigador asociado en la Unidad de Investigación URPM de Laghouat.
