Leila ZEMMOUCHI-GHOMARI received her Ph.D. in Computer Science from ESI, Algiers, in 2014. She is an associate professor at the Industrial Engineering and Maintenance Department at ENSTA: Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Technologies Avancées, Algiers, Algeria. The author has published educational works on information systems and the semantic web.
