The present investigation presents the "PROPOSAL FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF AN INDUSTRIAL PLANT FOR THE PRODUCTION AND COMMERCIALIZATION OF CHOCOLATE IN BARS IN THE CANTON EL CARMEN" in the Province of Manabí. For the process of this investigation, objectives were developed and each one of them was analyzed, in order to take advantage of this raw material and promote this industrial sector, the survey was conducted to 383 inhabitants, it was determined that the consumption of chocolate is still the highest for its quality and flavor, the factors that affect is the presentation and economy in this case the development of a chocolate bar of 30gr, the places to offer will be in stores, large and small commissaries.
