The study revealed socio-economic scenario of labor forces in Bangladesh (BD) & the wage or income inequalities, occupational changes & future challenges of the labor forces in BD. For measuring socio-economic status of the labor forces variables like family type, age structure, education, income, expenditure, health status, sanitation etc. are considered.There are factors like wage condition, occupation (both past & present), gender, pattern of informal sector, nature of work, working hour & condition etc. to highlight the wage or income inequalities, occupational changes and future challenges of the labor forces, and focus on working problems are affect change their working patten. But labor forces face problem like work related, social, environment and financial etc. There are 77% people are related with agriculture. Most of people are self employed so in future there is possibility of employment opportunity, highly motivated their working sectors and favorable for employee work in working sector in the study area.
