Infidelity is the breach of marriage vows that commit a man and a woman to live together by renouncing all others, each spouse expected to remain faithful to the other. Infidelity for married women is an increasing world phenomenon. It has greatly impacted on the society to an extent of destabilizing families, causing divorce and separation, traumatizing children, making many to contract HIV/AIDS, suffer depression and persistent anxiety due to loss of trust. Despite the underlying consequences, the findings show that this vice is rampant in the society. This book reveals that many cases of infidelity among married women leads to injuries and deaths. The problem requires a collective responsibility of the offenders, the Church, the community and the government if it was to be reduced.
