The informality of communication tools causes weaknesses and ruptures in the relationships between subordinates and managers. It is also the cause of the low effectiveness of internal communication in the company. The prognosis if the problem is not solved is that the messages become rumors, are misinterpreted and do not reach their addressee, with the expected feedback. Through the content analysis, a communication plan is designed that proposes a process manual and identifies 5 tools to effectively communicate the messages to the internal public. The methodology used is through surveys, field observation, bibliographic research and interviews with experts in corporate communication, public relations and human resources.
