The findings of the study revealed that ICT knowledge influence academic performance of students in word/data processing and office/file management. Also ICT knowledge contributes to better understanding of word/data processing and office/file management. The recommendations among others are students should evolve in a viable ICT knowledge in order to propel a better ICT application and better performance in word/data process and office/file management. Institutions should adopt effective ICT application to enhance better application of ICT to word/data processing and office/file management.
