Mr. Kitagwa lectures at Moi University, School of Public Health. He holds M.Tech; B.Tech in Environmental Health from Tshwane University of Technology, South Africa; Dip., HND. in Env. Health from UoN, Kenya; Certificate in Food Management (Israel) and Certificate in ECOSAN (Sweden). He is a member of Africa Academy for Environmental Health.
