Fetal brain maturation is currently an object of study in constant development. In the last decades there have been many advances in this field thanks to fetal ultrasonography, however, many aspects are still to be established. Dr. Alba Marín Pérez has a degree in Medicine from the University of Murcia. Subsequently, she completed her specialty in Gynecology and Obstetrics at the Hospital Clínico Universitario Virgen de la Arrixaca in Murcia, where she combines her work in the Maternal-Fetal Unit with other research projects.
