Dr. Nwiyi Gift U. is a native of Akwu-Obuor in Etche L.G.A of R/S. Nigeria. He obtained his NCE and B.ed degrees in Rivers State Coll. of Education in 1993 and 1997. He had his M.ED and Ph.D in Edu. Mgt. in RSUST. Now a senior lecturer in Ignatius Ajuru University of Education. He has several publications to his credit. He is married with 3 kids.
