The result showed a significant relationship between rural-urban migration and the living conditions of older persons in rural areas of Imo State, Nigeria; living conditions of rural dwelling older persons were affected positively in the areas of health, access to quality nutrition through rural-urban linkages.Based on the findings,it was recommended among others that government shouldprovide social welfare facilities for rural dwelling older persons in Nigeria.
