The author was born 26th of December 1982 in Gummersbach (Germany).He studied physics at the University of Bayreuth (Germany) from 2003-2008.The thesis "Influence of side walls and undulated topography on viscous gravity¿driven film flow" which is printed in this book is the result of his PhD research during the time from 2009-2012.
