Accordingly, the aim of this study is to determine the defined personality structure of juvenile delinquents, influence of cognitive, normal and pathological conative factors, and primary social attitudes on the degree of sport involvement and attitudes toward sport in a delinquent population sample, and to make a contribution to current research studies exploring the issue of the influence of a programmed kinesiological activity on resocialization of juvenile delinquents. If it is assumed that a person's attitude is his or her potential activity, then the results of the study in which juvenile delinquents' attitudes toward sport will be defined can serve as a starting point in selecting the activity most adequate for the purpose of juvenile resocialization.
