The current trend is to move more and more towards industrialized construction systems, where costs and execution time are absolutely controlled. MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) is a material made from reforested wood, such as eucalyptus, which, in conjunction with metal or wood profiles, as well as other integrated technologies already present in Brazil, makes it possible to create an innovative construction system that is used all over the world, especially in the furniture industry. This research sought to study the influence of different concentrations of Urea-Formaldehyde Resin on the Processing and Mechanical Strength of MDF Sheets made from Eucalyptus and Babaçu Coconut native to Maranhão.
