One reason for this is that women are more cautions and they take fewer financial risks than men. Autor

Irena Stotz was born in 1986 and has a degree in business administration as well a master in business administration, she passed both studies in part-time. She is lecturer for business administration and general manager of a female led industrial enterprise, which was the reason for research the female leadership.
