The purpose of the study was to investigate the influence of leadership style on public service delivery in Borama municipal council. Leadership style is a major influence on public service delivery. A public service delivery in Borama municipal council was still low.The objectives of the study were:to assess the influence of transformational leadership style on public service delivery of employee Borama Municipality,to assess the influence of transactional leadership style on public service delivery Borama Municipality,to establish the influence of laissez-faire leadership style on public service delivery Borama Municipality.Based on theory of management the study used a cross-sectional survey research design, using simple random sampling with a sample size of 92 from a population of 120 of employee of the Borama municipal council. Data was collected using a questionnaire from May to August, 2020.
