The study "Influences of smart classrooms services on ICT capacity building in Rwanda" aimed to investigate the influences of smart classrooms services on ICT capacity building in Gatsibo secondary schools. The study used mixed methods approach research design and targeted all 45 public Gatsibo secondary schools with smart classrooms and 31 schools of a target population of 45 schools were sampled using a random sampling method. A stratified sampling technique was used to identify teachers and administrators. 93 respondents were selected by using the purposive sampling method. Questionnaire instruments were used to collect data from teachers and interviews also were used to gather data from headteachers. Gathered data were coded by mean of SPSS. Quantitative data were processed by means of descriptive statistics and regression analysis, such as percentages, Durbin-Waston, tolerance and VIF. Qualitative data was processed thematically harmonized with the objectives of the study. The outcomes were reported in summary form using pie charts, bar charts and tables.
