We have come to conclusion that Fill Rate, Consolidation, Standardization and Postponement were the finding factors as well as Lead Time, Changes to delivery plan, Packaging, Transportation Load carrier, tracking system; Goods of un-destined area, Direct to LSPs warehouse, etc. were outcome for their influence on distribution situations in my thesis.
