The ICT development has a significant effect on development of more flexible and user friendly banking services. Delivering financial services to the disadvantaged and under privileged sections of the society at affordable costs is called as financial inclusion. One of the prime objectives in developing countries is to serve the people in all the aspects of their life without discrimination. This study has examined the factors determining the usage of ICT for accessing the banking services and also analyzed the performance of Innovative delivery channels for accessing banking services through ICT by the rural people. This study has found that most of the people in rural areas are still illiterate and with secondary education the usage of the ATM and mobile transaction among them needs to increased by providing them technologies with varied languages. The people must be made aware of the process of banking facilities internally and externally by which its usage by them will increase.
