Hence this research examines the development of ICT in the nation of Myanmar. Based on a comprehensive review of literature and focusing on the findings of previous studies made in both technologically advanced nations and developing nations, a theoretical framework was developed to examine the ICT knowledge, skills and curricula development in Myanmar.
